A fire in a Lihue apartment building damaged two units and displaced three people. Fire crews responded shortly before 6 PM Wednesday to the apartment at Banyon Harbor. The scene was cleared by about 7:30. Banyon Harbor is helping the three people displaced with temporary housing. The cause of the fire appears to be accidental
