A Hilo man is in court for a preliminary hearing today, facing multiple charges including kidnapping. Authorities say Duncan Mahi abducted 15 year old Mikella Debina, allegedly holding her captive in a school bus for 22 hours and forcing her to smoke meth. Mahi could face up to life in prison.
