The Hawaii Department of Health is reporting four new cases of monkeypox, including one identified on the big island. The Hawaii island resident recently diagnosed is reportedly related to community exposure. Two of the other cases are in residents in Ohau, and another a resident of Maui. That brings the total number of cases reported since early June to 22.
