Tropic Care Kaua‘i, ends today at the Kapa‘a Middle School main clinic and at the Kilauea Elementary School.  Optometry and dental are the top two requested FREE services to Kauai residents provided by the US miltary the services require no payment, no ID, no insurance. Kauai bus service to the sites are also free.
