The Kauai Police Department needs help to identify a body that was found at Carter’s Point last week.
Human remains discovered near the Nawiliwili Harbor.
The Kaua‘i Fire Department (KFD) assisted in retrieving the body and took to Wilcox Medical Center.
Due to the advanced stage of decomposition, KPD is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying the body and urges anyone with any information regarding the case to contact Detective Caires at 808-241-1693 or KPD Dispatch at 808-246-8300.
Foul play in not suspected at this time. An autopsy has been scheduled to determine cause
