Registration for adult and preschool swim classes will take place at the Waimea swimming pool on March 25th at 9:30 a.m. The adult swim class is offered to those 18 and older. The preschool program is open to children ages 2 to 5. Both classes are four weeks, with eight total sessions. Adult swimming lessons are designed to teach participants basic aquatic skills and swimming strokes. Participants in the preschool aquatics class must be accompanied by an adult. The class is designed to orient preschoolers to the aquatic environment and teach them basic skills and water safety.
