Kauai police are looking to the public for information on an unidentified body found in the water off Kapaa Tuesday. At this time police do not suspect foul play. KPD responded to a call about a possible body floating off Lihi Boat Ramp in Kapaa. The body is reportedly unrecognizable due to decomposition.
