A Brown Water Advisory is in effect for Wailua Bay and Lydgate Beach Park on Kauai. Stormwater runoff is entering coastal waters as a result of heavy rain. The public is advised to stay out of flood waters and storm water runoff due to possible overflowing cesspools or manholes, pesticides, dead animals, and other hazardous debris.
