Kauai Police have finalized the revised application and permitting process for a license to carry firearms, both concealed and unconcealed. The revision comes in response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in a case in New York . Applicants can get a concealed or open carry application in person at the Kauai Police station in Lihue or online through Kauai.gov.
