Governor Josh Green ordered all U-S and state flags at state agencies and the national guard to be flown at half staff in honor of Lou Conter, the last survivor of the USS Arizona. Carter passed away at the age of 102 on April 1st. The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941 killed 1,177 Arizona crewmembers.
