Governor Josh Green will have United States and Hawaii state flags flown at half-staff today in honor of Sandra Day O’Connor. The retired Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court passed away at 93 years old on December 1st. Flags will be flown at half staff at the State Capitol and all state offices and agencies as well as the Hawaii National Guard until sunset tonight.
