Kauai fire crews and utility crews contained a propane leak in Kekaha on Sunday evening. No injuries were reported. Firefighters reported to a natural gas leak on Kekaha Road shortly after 6:15 pm. KFD personnel closed a portion of Kekaha Road and evacuated homes around a 300 ft. radius. Once hazmat teams determined the gas levels were no longer dangerous evacuated residents were allowed back into their homes.
