The County of Kauai Office of the Mayor is accepting proposals from nonprofit organizations for its fiscal year 2022-23 grants-in-aid program. According to Kauai Now News the intent of the program is to support projects and activities that meet a distinctive cultural, social, or economic need for which adequate federal or state funding cannot be secured.
