KPD Records window holiday hours for Christmas and New Year’s Day
The Kaua‘i Police Department’s Records services and firearms registration will have modified hours of operation in observance of Christmas and New Year’s Day.
During weeks with state and county holidays, please anticipate modified hours of operation.
During the week of Dec. 25, 2024, and Jan. 1, 2025, the Records window will be open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Morning hours are from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and afternoon hours are from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Firearms registration services will also be available on these days, with morning hours from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and afternoon hours from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Records window will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024, in observance of Christmas and again on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025, in observance of New Year’s Day.
