The County of Kauai Housing Agency is hosting a series of meetings for a five year homeless strategic plan starting Tuesday. The meetings have been categorized into four separate focus groups for individuals who have experienced houselessness, neighborhood community members, social service providers, and Kauai business leaders. The first meeting will be at 11 am Tuesday at Lihue Salvation Army on Hardy Street in Lihue.
