County of Kauai residents are encouraged to complete the Kauai Community Survey on Homelessness. That will start the process of developing a Kauai County Five Year Homelessness Strategic Plan. The survey is anonymous and is open until May 10th through surveymonkey.com. County officials say the survey is brief and aims to understand perspectives on the experience, impacts, and solutions of homelesssness on Kauai.
