Authorities still have not been able to locate the people responsible for a break in at the Kauai Humane Society earlier this month. Staff arrived early August 14th to find 20 dogs loose in the parking lot and another 55 loose in the building. A 20 thousand dollar reward is being offered for information that results in a conviction.
