Kauai police are looking to the public for help finding a missing Lihue man. Police say 41-year old John Navarro was reported missing on Thursday. His family lives out of state and told police they last spoke with him on the phone in late January. Navarro is listed at 5-4, about 135 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
