U-S Representative Kai Kahele of Hawaii is facing an ethics probe. The Office of Congressional Ethics recommended the full House Ethics Committee investigate Kahele for violating conflict of interest rules for co-sponsoring a series of bills that would benefit the airline industry while he was working as an airline pilot. The House Ethics Committee says it will present its findings at the end of November. Kahele is coming off a failed bid for Governor of Hawaii, finishing third in the primary.
