The man accused of shutting down a Pearl City Neighborhood during a 15-hour standoff with police three years ago pleaded guilty last week. Prosecutors told KITV that Wayman Kaua will be sentenced in March and could face 20 years. He pleaded guilty Friday the 18th to six felonies relating to the September 12th, 2019 incident at the pacific palisades subdivision. The charges include terroristic threatening, attempted assault, and carrying a firearm in the commission of a felony.
