The State Commission on Water Resources Management is reminding residents that they will host a public hearing to receive testimony on the update to the Kauai Water Use and Development Plan Tuesday, May 21st. It’ll be at 5:30 pm in person and online via Microsoft Teams video conference. The in-person hearing will be held at the Kauai Community College Office of Continuing Education and Training room on Kaumualii Highway in Lihue
