A woman charged in the death of a 91-year-old bicyclist. 62-year-old Connie Castaneda arrested for negligent homicide in the first-degree and inattention to driving. The bicyclist identified as 91-year-old Bonifacio Ventura of Kekaha. The investigation is on-going.
