Portions of Koloa Road in Kauai will be closed for shoulder improvements this week. From 7:30 to 3:30 every day portions of the road are closed. Those dates and times could be changed depending on the weather or other factors. You’re advised to use alternate routes, allow for additional travel time, and exercise caution when in the area.
