Hawaii lawmakers return to the state Capitol tomorrow with affordable housing, expanding pre-K education and addressing corruption at the top of the agenda. The state legislature is scheduled to open a new session Wednesday that will last through early May. Republicans slightly expanded their presence after the November election, now controlling six House seats, up from four, although democrats continue to overwhelmingly dominate both chambers.
