A Big Island woman is the new deputy director for state Rehabilitation Services and Program Division. That’s part of the new Hawaii Department of Corrections and Rehabilition. Sanna Munoz was sworn in as the new deputy director Tuesday after serving as deputy director of corrections for the Department of Public safety since August of last year.
