The Rotary Club of Kauai with the Coast Guard to cover the Graffiti around the base of a local lighthouse. repaint and cover with an anti-graffiti sealant.The site has served as a beacon since 1897. The current tower was erected in 1933 and was repainted last year. Graffiti has been sprayed around the base. The Rotary Club of Kauai is funding the project and will wash, prime, paint and seal around the base of the structure. Work will begin May 13th and should be completed within the month.
