The Hawaii Department of Agriculture is offering a free pesticide disposal program statewide. An event on Kauai is scheduled for January 27th. You must register in advance to participate and the deadline is 4:30 pm on January 4th. The event starts at 8 am. The exact drop-off location will be given only to those that register.
