Multiple agencies responded to an aircraft crash near the Lihue Airport Thursday. Two people reportedly sustained injuries and were taken to Wilcox Medical Center in stable but serious condition. First responders with Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting, American Medical Response, and the Kauai Police Department responded to the incident. The FAA is investigating.
