The Kauai Planning Commission held a public meeting on expansion of The shared-use path from Ninini Point to Aukini (Ah oo keen e) landing. Tommy Noise, Kauai Path director testified on the benefits as did others. A couple of People in opposition sighted erosion, burial sites and disruption of fishing.
The board unanimously approved the Class IV Zoning Permit ; and Special Management Area Use Permit.
