The front counter at the county Planning Department at the Kapule Building in the Lihue Civic Center is closed today, while the area undergoes repairs to damages caused by an air conditioning unit leak. Kauai Now News reports during the closure all services are available, but anyone needing in person assistance can call 808 241 4050 for a representative to meet them outside.
