County of Kauai offices will be closed on Monday, February 20th, in observance of President’s Day. Closures include all neighborhood centers, COVID testing at the Hanalei Neighborhood Center and Kauai Memorial Convention Hall, all refuse transfer stations and all HI5 recycling redemption center locations. Also the Waimea swimming pool will observe the holiday on Tuesday February 21st since the pool is normally closed on Monday.
