An emergency water service shutdown is scheduled for portions of Nawiliwili Road and Lala Road to relocate a valve on the main line today. The Kauai County Department of Water will conduct work from 9 am to 2 pm, weather permitting, on portions of both roads. Officials have notified customers door-to-door.
