The Rotary Club of Kauai received a Certificate of Recognition from the Kauai County Counsel for their efforts on the recent “Lights on Rice” parade. The annual parade attracts nearly 10 thousand spectators with over 60 entries. It’s one of the most attended parades per capita in the country. The 2024 parade is set for December 6th, 2024.
