Kauai Police searching for a suspect in a Hanalei homicide. 51-year-old William “Billy” Sinclair wanted in connection to Saturday’s homicide. The suspect is 5-9, medium build, brown eyes, and black hair. Sinclair’s motorcycle is a low-rider Harley-Davidson with Hawaii plate 596-XPC. Sinclair is know to frequent the north shore area of the island and was last seen in Kap’a wearing a black leather vest with blue lettering on the chest and a black face covering. Sinclair is considered armed and dangerous.
