A Kauai fire helicopter rescued a female hiker who suffered a leg injury during a fall on Kalalau Trail Monday. The injury occurred around 2 pm when she was hiking with a group. A helicopter flew the woman to Princeville Airport, where she was treated by paramedics before being transported to Wilcox Medical Center in Lihue in stable condition. It was the third rescue of a hiker on Kauai trails in four days.
