Aug. 19, Solid Waste Division notice
The Solid Waste Division is announcing the following closures for today, Aug. 19:
- Due to equipment failure, the Līhu‘e refuse transfer station is closed until further notice; and
- the Kekaha Landfill is also closed due to equipment issues.
Updates will be posted when both sites reopen. During this closure, customers may utilize the Kapa‘a or Hanapēpē refuse transfer stations. Mahalo for your patience.
