The University of Hawaii system is proposing a freeze on undergraduate tuition for two more academic years, followed by an increase in tuition. Resident tuition rates at three UH universities in 2025 and 26 would increase by two percent, followed by another in 2026 and 27. Non resident undergrad tuition rates would increase by the equivalent dollar amount in each of those two academic years.
