A drive by shooting near UH Manoa is believed to be part of a TikTok challenge. The challenge reportedly involves plastic pellets being shot from an air gun at unsuspecting people. Two students shot at UH needed to be treated for minor injuries to their arms and legs after a recent incident. Witnesses report seeing a dark-colored SUV fleeing the scene on Dole Street.
