Kauai’s only Voter Service Center opened this week. The center is located in the basement of the Historic County Annex Building on Rice Street in Lihue. In-person voting and same-day voter registration are for voters that have not returned a voted mail ballot or for those that are not registered and wish to be. Services are available through November 7th from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with the center closed on Sunday, and on November 8th-election day-, from 7 AM to 7 PM.
