The wrongful death suit of a security guard at Mark Zuckerburg’s ranch in Kauai has a trial date. Security guard Rodney Medeiros’s family filed a wrongful death suit after he died of a heart attack on the ranch owned by several limited liability companies controlled by Zuckerberg and his wife, Dr. Priscilla Chan. The suit alleges the ranch and head of security are liable for Medeiros’s death. They say the 70-year-old had finished a 12-hour-shift at his post in the rain when he suffered the heart attack. A judge has set a June 2024 trial date.
