Hawaii Governor Josh Green has ordered United States and Hawaii state flags be flown at half-staff at state facilities in honor of the victims of the attacks on Israel by Hamas over the weekend. Flags will be lowered until sunset October 17th. Victims of the Hamas attack include Americans, with President Joe Biden confirming as of Tuesday that as many as fourteen US citizens have been killed in the attack, with an unknown number of others being taken hostage.
