Hawaii Ranks High in Theft

Hawaii is one of the worst states in the country when it comes to retail theft.  Forbes ranked the state fourth in the nation for states impacted by retail theft.  The Hawaii Lodging and tourism Association hosted a panel on the issue Wednesday.
