Starting today, the Kauai Police Department is changing the hours of operation for its Records Section and firearm registration services. The Records Stations window will be open Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 5 pm. Firearms registration services will be available from 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday.
