Flash Floods

Another flash flood warning issued by the National Weather Service Monday night.  Radar showed bands of heavy rain over Kauai at about one to two inches per hour.  Water levels started rising in streams across much of the island.  For updates on road closures, you can call 808-241-1725.  Do not call 911 unless you have an emergency.
