Kauai police believe a body found in Kokee is that of an alleged murder suspect. Police say they believe they have found the body of 22-year-old Kody Gardner, the suspect of the alleged murder of his father February 16th. Foul play is not suspected as officials believe Gardner suffered a long fall. After the fatal stabbing of his father, 52-year-old Delwood Gardner, Kody is thought to have fled the scene in a stolen GMC pickup truck, which was later found at Waimea Canyon lookout.
