A Kapa’a man is dead after being struck by a vehicle nearly one week ago. Police say 56-year-old Christopher Harm was hit by a vehicle on Kahuna Road on April 11th and pronounced dead at Wilcox Memorial Hospital. 43-year-old Jacob Saylor, of Kilauea, was arrested Monday afternoon in connection with the incident. He’s charged with negligent homicide and faces a 500 thousand dollar bail. The investigation is ongoing. If you have any information, call KPD dispatch.
