A Kapaa man has been sentenced to five years in prison.  26-year-old Adrian Arrisgado pled guilty to felony abuse of a family or household member, assault in the second-degree, resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle, and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.   Arrisgado has been in custody since last March and returns to prison after he served time for self-terminating from the Kauai Drug Court program in 2020.  Arrisgado accused of felony domestic violence by strangulation.
