Hawaii Department of Transportation announces a full-closure of the Kuhio Highway on Hanalei Hill will begin on Monday. The closure will be on Monday and Tuesday from 11 PM until 5 AM to reconstruct the pavement on the approach to the Hanalei Bridge.
