Hawaii Division of Motor Vehicles says that the self-serve kiosk at the Lihue DMV office is now accepting cash for vehicle registration renewals. There is a $4.00 user fee for all kiosk transactions. Only the Lihue self-serve kiosk accepts cash. All other kiosk locations to accept only card payments. For more info, go to www.kauai.gov/DMV.
