Hawaii Attorney General’s Office has indicted a man for embezzling more than $647-thousands from the homeowner association management firm Hawaiian Properties. 66-year-old Russell Doane turned himself into authorities on a charge of computer fraud and theft. Doane faces up to 30-years in prison.
